JS公司核心竞争力提升研究

【摘要】:随着国民生活质量的不断提高,汽车产业快速发展,市场需求日益增强,也将推进汽车内饰件行业快速发展。随着购买车主的整体知识水平和购买要求均大幅度提升,汽车内饰品的消费也将保持水涨船高的态势。JS公司是金杯汽车股份有限公司和世界500强企业美国江森自控国际有限公司共同投资成立的中美合资企业,主要从事汽车座椅、内饰的制造等业务,该公司的发展历程在国际合作和行业发展方面都具有一定的代表性。本文首先从企业的核心竞争力理论研究着手,介绍了国内外相关学者对核心竞争力理论的研究,简述了本文研究的理论基础核心竞争力的含义、特征、构成要素、重要性及与企业发展的关系。以JS公司的现有核心竞争力为研究对象,进行有针对性的重点研究,对JS公司目前问题和原因进行分析,认为在创新能力效率不高、营销能力弱、外资力量投入比例过低、激励机制没有满足员工需要这些问题,是由对资源配制能力认识不足、战略决策能力弱、研发能力与发展定位不符、人才培养制度不完善原因引起的。对提升核心竞争力成功的国际相关产业领导品牌进行经验借鉴,包括博世集团和佛吉亚集团的有效地提升核心竞争力的有效手段。针对JS公司核心竞争力的提升提出了一些对策和建议:提高战略决策能力、突破技术屏障、提高资源利用率、制定合理的人才培养方案、加强绩效管理等方面着手。在理论上,深化了汽车内饰件企业核心竞争力理论的研究,亦可为本领域的进一步研究提供借鉴;在实践上,为经营管理者提供了一些有效的分析方法和建议,还可以为其他汽车内饰件企业提供经验借鉴,有利于我国相似类型的汽车内饰件合资公司的核心竞争力的进一步提升。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the quality of life of the people, the rapid development of automobile industry, the increasing market demand, will also promote the rapid development of automotive interior parts industry. With the increase in the overall level of knowledge and purchase requirements of vehicle owners, The consumption of automotive interior products will also maintain a rising trend. JS Company is a Sino-US joint venture invested jointly by Jinbei Automotive Co., Ltd. And Johnson International Co., Ltd., the world's top 500 company, mainly engaged in automobile seats. Interior manufacturing and other business, the development of the company in international cooperation and industry development has a certain representative. This paper begins with the theoretical study of the core competence of enterprises, introduces the research on the core competence theory of domestic and foreign scholars, and briefly describes the meaning, characteristics and constituent elements of the theoretical basis of the core competence studied in this paper. Importance and relationship with enterprise development. Taking the existing core competence of JS Company as the research object, this paper analyzes the current problems and causes of JS Company, and points out that the innovation ability is not high, the marketing ability is weak, and the proportion of foreign investment is too low. These problems are caused by insufficient understanding of resource allocation ability, weak strategic decision-making ability, inconsistent R & D ability with development orientation and imperfect talent training system. The successful international leading brands of core competence are used for reference, including the effective means of improving the core competitiveness of Bosch Group and Foggia Group. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the core competence of JS Company, such as improving the ability of strategic decision, breaking through the technical barrier, improving the utilization of resources, formulating reasonable talent training plan, and strengthening the performance management, and so on. Theoretically, it deepens the research on the theory of core competence of automobile interior decoration enterprises, and also provides reference for further research in this field. In practice, it provides some effective analysis methods and suggestions for managers. It can also be used for reference by other automobile interior decoration enterprises, which is beneficial to the further improvement of the core competitiveness of similar automobile interior decoration joint venture companies in China.
