煤矿员工安全心理阈限与安全心理参数的实证研究

【摘要】:运用实验心理学仪器,对煤矿员工的声光反应和操作反应敏捷性、准确性、注意力集中能力、注意力分配能力,实施心理测量统计,获得各项目员工安全心理等级划分临界值和最低阈限值。为安全心理参数和安全心理量化评鉴提供科学依据,各项心理测量数值经煤炭井建企业与大型采煤矿山近两千名员工心理测量统计验证比较,验证结果最小误差为0,完全吻合,平均误差为0.1125。表明各项数值信度可靠,具有煤矿员工安全心理量化评价的普遍适用性。
[Abstract]:The acoustooptic and operational response agility, accuracy, attention concentration ability, attention distribution ability, psychological measurement and statistics of coal mine employees were carried out by means of experimental psychological instruments. The critical value and the minimum threshold value of the safety psychological grade of each project employee are obtained. To provide scientific basis for safety psychological parameters and quantitative evaluation of safety psychology, the psychological measurement values are verified and compared with nearly 2,000 employees in coal well construction enterprises and large coal mining mines. The minimum error of the results is 0, which is in good agreement with each other. The average error is 0.1125. The results show that the reliability of each numerical value is reliable and has the general applicability of quantitative evaluation of safety psychology of coal mine employees.
