【摘要】：新疆是我国重要的能源基地,新疆的石油资源对国家经济建设具有重要意义。建国以后,国家大力支持新疆石油工业的发展,新疆的石油工业发展迎来了新的历史机遇。1949—1966年期间,新疆的石油工业发展取得了很大的成绩,由原先的仅有新疆独山子一处油田,发展到南北疆都发现了新的油田,并对这些油田进行了较大规模的开发。更重要的是,新疆的石油产量不仅满足了新疆的社会需求,而且还将部分油品运往内地,支援国家的经济建设和国防建设。文章共分为五个部分:第一部分叙述民国时期的新疆石油开发的主要发展历程和取得成绩,并分析民国时期新疆石油工业未能取得较大成绩的原因;第二部分叙述中苏石油股份公司时期的新疆石油工业建立的国内外背景以及取得的成绩和不足;第三部分叙述1955—1960年克拉玛依油田的开发和南疆地区油田的初步开发;第四部分叙述60年代新疆油田全面调整的原因、措施和意义;第五部分阐述1949-1966年新疆石油工业的主要成就及不足之处;最后是结语部分,总结建国后新疆石油工业发展的原因、过程、意义,为以后新疆石油工业的发展提供一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang is an important energy base in China, and its petroleum resources are of great significance to national economic construction. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the state made great efforts to support the development of Xinjiang's petroleum industry. The development of Xinjiang's petroleum industry ushered in a new historical opportunity. During the period of 1949-1966, the development of Xinjiang's petroleum industry made great achievements. New oilfields have been discovered in northern and southern Xinjiang from the original only one oil field in Dushanzi, Xinjiang, and these oilfields have been developed on a large scale. More importantly, Xinjiang's oil production not only meets Xinjiang's social needs, but also sends some oil products to the mainland to support the country's economic and national defense construction. The article is divided into five parts: the first part describes the main development process and achievements of Xinjiang oil development during the period of the Republic of China, and analyzes the reasons why Xinjiang petroleum industry failed to make great achievements during the period of the Republic of China; The second part describes the domestic and foreign background of the establishment of Xinjiang petroleum industry in the period of Sinopec, the third part describes the development of Karamay oil field in 1955-1960 and the preliminary development of oil field in southern Xinjiang area. The fourth part describes the reasons, measures and significance of the overall readjustment of Xinjiang oil field in the 1960s; the fifth part expounds the main achievements and shortcomings of Xinjiang petroleum industry in 1949-1966; finally, the conclusion part summarizes the reasons for the development of Xinjiang oil industry after the founding of the people's Republic of China. Process, meaning, for the future development of Xinjiang petroleum industry to provide certain reference significance.
