多微电网参与下的配电侧电力市场竞价博弈方法

【摘要】:随着售电侧市场改革的不断深入,研究多个微电网运营商参与下的配电侧市场交易和竞价机制具有重要意义。针对该问题,提出了一种双层优化方法:底层优化以配电市场运营商购电成本最小为目标,考虑系统的节点电压约束和支路潮流约束等,采用跟踪中心轨迹内点法求解系统的经济调度模型,实现市场的出清;上层优化以最大化微电网运营商收益为目标,采用遗传算法确定微电网运营商在联盟和不联盟两种环境下的最优竞价策略。在双层优化方法的基础上,基于完全信息下的动态博弈方法,确定市场的纳什均衡点。最终在IEEE 33节点配电系统算例中对所提出的方法进行了仿真验证,并进一步分析了微电网运营商提供无功辅助服务下各市场主体的利益分配问题。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the market reform, it is of great significance to study the distribution side market transaction and bidding mechanism with the participation of several microgrid operators. In order to solve this problem, a two-layer optimization method is proposed: the bottom layer optimization aims at minimizing the cost of electricity purchase by the operators in the distribution market, and considers the node voltage constraints and branch power flow constraints of the system, etc. The economic dispatching model of the system is solved by using the tracking center trajectory interior point method to realize the clearing of the market, and the upper level optimization is aimed at maximizing the profit of the microgrid operator. Genetic algorithm is used to determine the optimal bidding strategy for microgrid operators in both alliance and non-alliance environments. Based on the two-level optimization method and the dynamic game method with complete information, the Nash equilibrium point of the market is determined. Finally, the proposed method is simulated and verified in the IEEE 33-bus distribution system, and the benefit distribution problem of the market agents under the reactive power auxiliary service provided by the microgrid operators is further analyzed.
