N石化公司生产运营管理策略优化研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的高速发展,石油化工行业的爆发式增长,特别是煤化工的大量兴起,民营企业几千万吨级炼油化工配套项目的立项、建设、开车,同时国家逐步开始允许国际化能源公司以合资、独资形式进入国内设厂,使国内石化企业整体面临更加复杂的经营环境,更加激烈的市场竞争,生存压力越来越重,企业只能转变经营理念,树立科学有效的运营管理理念,建立和完善运营管理机制,依靠强有力的运营管理手段来提高管理效率、提高管理质量、降低管理成本,应对市场变化等一系列管理问题,提高企业核心竞争力。应用质量管理、现场管理、可靠性管理等理论,结合国内外相关理论研究结果,运用文献研究和人员访谈的方法,深入了解分析N石化公司的各种管理现状,发现问题,提出问题,制定相应改进措施。质量是企业的生命线,提高质量管理是保持企业持久发展的必要途径。生产现场是企业创造价值的第一场所,提高现场管理是增强企业竞争力的有力工具;可靠性是企业安全、稳定运行的保障,提高人员、设备可靠性是企业生存与发展的基础。本文从当前N石化公司生产运营过程中出现的问题及不足作为突破口,通过管理手段,对生产运营系统进一步提升,确保企业经营活动正常开展,最终达到效率高、成本低、质量硬、可靠性强的目标,为企业可持续发展提供有力保障。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development of our country, the explosive growth of the petrochemical industry, especially the rise of a large number of coal chemicals, private enterprises have established, built, and started tens of millions of tonnage oil refining and chemical auxiliary projects. At the same time, the state has gradually begun to allow international energy companies to set up factories in the form of joint ventures and sole proprietorship. As a result, domestic petrochemical enterprises as a whole are faced with a more complex business environment, more intense market competition, and more pressure to survive. The enterprise can only change the management idea, set up the scientific and effective operation management idea, establish and perfect the operation management mechanism, rely on the powerful operation management means to improve the management efficiency, improve the management quality, and reduce the management cost. To deal with a series of management problems, such as market changes, to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Applying the theories of quality management, field management and reliability management, combining with the research results of related theories at home and abroad, using the methods of literature research and personnel interview, we can deeply understand and analyze the management situation of N petrochemical company, and find out the problems. Ask questions and work out corresponding improvement measures. Quality is the lifeline of the enterprise, and improving quality management is the necessary way to maintain the sustainable development of the enterprise. Production site is the first place for enterprises to create value. Improving site management is a powerful tool to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and reliability is the guarantee of safe and stable operation of enterprises. Improving the reliability of personnel and equipment is the basis for the survival and development of enterprises. Based on the problems and deficiencies in the production and operation of N Petrochemical Company at present, this paper takes the management means to further promote the production and operation system, to ensure the normal development of business activities, and finally to achieve high efficiency and low cost. Hard quality, strong reliability of the goal for the sustainable development of enterprises to provide a strong guarantee.
