【摘要】：石墨烯自问世起,凭借其强大的性能和潜力被世界各国提升到国家战略发展的高度,其发展水平与国家整体经济实力、科研投入以及资源禀赋具有高度相关性。近年来,各国在石墨烯领域的投资力度持续加大,社会各界都迫切需要了解该产业的发展动向及趋势。我国石墨烯产业化的发展在取得令人瞩目成果的同时,也面临不小的瓶颈和挑战。在经济新常态下,秉承“创新、绿色、可持续”的发展理念,“石墨烯+”产业技术创新将带动我国工业化的整体升级,从而促进经济增长方式向集约型转变。目前国内外对于石墨烯相关研究主要集中在其发展概况上,对当下石墨烯的技术研发、资本炒作、产品市场化中存在的问题研究颇多,但却缺乏对全产业链系统性研究,尤其是其产业化发展支撑体系的研究。为了对石墨烯产业化的研究更加完善,文章将从我国石墨烯产业化发展现状出发,结合经济学相关理论,着重探索我国石墨烯实现产业化的支撑体系,加强政府部门对石墨烯产业化的引导扶持,有效整合政府、科研机构和企业的资源。首先介绍国内外石墨烯产业化发展现状,通过SWOT分析法得出推动我国石墨烯产业化发展的优势与机会因素,以及制约其产业化发展的劣势与威胁因素,并基于对石墨烯产业化发展主要要素的分析,构建出适合我国石墨烯产业化发展的四大支撑体系,即政策扶持、技术创新、资本支持、市场培育,通过建立支撑体系,从而全面、科学、有效的推进我国石墨烯产业化进程。政府在我国石墨烯产业化发展过程中担任重要角色,坚持以政府为指导,推进产学研金用相结合,为我国石墨烯产业化的发展奠定良好基础。
[Abstract]:Graphene has been promoted to the height of national strategic development with its strong performance and potential since its inception. Its development level is highly related to the overall economic strength, scientific research investment and resource endowment of the country. In recent years, the investment in the field of graphene has been increasing, and it is urgent for all walks of life to understand the development trend and trend of the industry. The development of graphene industrialization in China has made remarkable achievements, but also faces a lot of bottlenecks and challenges. Under the new normal state of economy, with the development idea of "innovation, green and sustainable", technological innovation of "graphene" industry will promote the overall upgrading of industrialization in China, thus promoting the transformation of economic growth mode to intensive type. At present, the research on graphene at home and abroad is mainly focused on its development overview. There are a lot of research on graphene technology research, capital speculation and product marketization, but lack of systematic research on the whole industry chain. Especially the research of its industrialization development support system. In order to improve the research of graphene industrialization, this paper will focus on exploring the supporting system of graphene industrialization in China, based on the present situation of graphene industrialization in China and the relevant economic theories. Strengthen government guidance and support for graphene industrialization and effectively integrate resources of government, scientific research institutions and enterprises. Firstly, the present situation of graphene industrialization at home and abroad is introduced, and the advantages and opportunities of promoting the development of graphene industrialization in China are obtained by SWOT analysis, as well as the disadvantages and threat factors that restrict the development of graphene industrialization. Based on the analysis of the main elements of the development of graphene industrialization, four supporting systems suitable for the development of graphene industrialization in China are constructed, namely, policy support, technological innovation, capital support, market cultivation, and the establishment of support system. Thus, comprehensive, scientific and effective promotion of China's graphene industrialization process. The government plays an important role in the development of graphene industrialization in our country, insists on the guidance of the government, promotes the combination of industry, education and research, and lays a good foundation for the development of graphene industrialization in China.
