【摘要】：本文以RY公司为例,依托战略管理理论研究,通过对公司内外部环境分析,运用波特五力模型、SWOT等研究方法对RY公司的发展现状进行了分析,看清RY公司在发展过程中所处的优劣势和人用益生菌行业未来发展的趋势,同时对其发展战略进行了分析和归纳总结,进一步设计出RY公司发展的关键战略,即创新战略,并且对创新新战略的具体实施方法和途径、评估改进、注意事项和保障措施进行了探讨和建议。
[Abstract]:This paper takes ry Company as an example, relies on the strategic management theory research, through to the company internal and external environment analysis, uses the Porter five forces model and so on SWOT research method to carry on the analysis to the ry company's development present situation. The advantages and disadvantages of ry Company in the process of development and the future development trend of human probiotics industry are clearly seen. At the same time, the development strategy of ry Company is analyzed and summarized, and the key development strategy of ry Company, that is, the innovation strategy, is further designed. This paper also discusses the concrete implementation methods and approaches of the new innovation strategy, evaluates the improvement, matters needing attention and the safeguard measures.
