【摘要】："去产能"成为我国供给侧改革的重中之重。去产能牵涉各方利益,不仅要淘汰已经过剩的产能,还需要防止一些正在建设和拟定建设的新增产能的扩张,而且在这一过程中还涉及淘汰产能企业的转型、资产处置、员工安置、债务债权等问题,政府需做好应对去产能引发的一系列的社会风险、金融风险。
[Abstract]:"deproductivity" has become the top priority of China's supply-side reform. Deproduction capacity involves the interests of all parties. It is necessary not only to eliminate the already excess capacity, but also to prevent the expansion of some new capacity being built and planned. In the process, it also involves the transformation of production capacity enterprises and the disposal of assets. The government needs to deal with a series of social risks and financial risks caused by deproductivity.
