【摘要】:当今社会,科学与技术的革新速度飞快,新产品开发的能力成为了越来越多企业的核心竞争力,如何更快速、更高质量的完成新产品开发成为了各个企业关注的重点。PK公司是一家美国独资的工程机械行业内的制造业企业。2011年以来,国内的机械行业一直低迷,PK公司度过了艰难的五年,近一两年,随着国内外轨道交通行业的迅速增长,以及工程机械行业稍有复苏,PK公司又迎来了自己的春天。在这个充满了机遇和挑战的春天,PK公司想要抢占先机,拔得头筹,首先要做的就是提高自己的新产品开发能力。新产品开发能力的提高,不仅仅是技术上的提高,对于新产品开发流程管理能力的提高也是重中之重。本文将对PK公司新产品开发管理体系进行改进研究,以解决PK公司新产品开发管理体系中存在的问题,提高新产品开发的效率。本文首先对新产品开发、门径管理系统、模块化设计、PLM系统、流程优化等基本概念进行阐述,为全文提供理论依据。然后对PK公司及其所处行业现状进行分析,指出PK公司应立即改善其新产品开发管理体系,提升新产品开发能力,才能适应当前市场。本文使用统计分析法对PK公司现有的新产品开发管理体系进行分析,发现其存在的问题,以及问题存在的原因。使用门径管理系统,对新产品的开发计划和控制手段进行优化,使新产品开发过程计划性更强、可控性更高。使用模块化设计,对PK公司新产品的开发方式进行改进,缩短产品设计的时间。使用流程图析法,对报价环节的流程进行改进,缩短了报价环节所需要的时间。使用Enovia系统作为实现产品的模块化设计的基本工具,并利用Enovia系统提高了流程中审批的效率。最后,本文提出了新产品开发管理体系改进的四项保障措施,以保障PK公司新产品开发管理体系得以成功的改进。本文的创新点主要有:第一次将门径管理系统引入PK公司的新产品开发管理体系,弥补了 PK公司新产品开发管理体系上的缺陷;第一次引入模块化设计的概念,将产品按接口结构分类,缩短了 PK公司新产品开发中设计阶段所耗费的时间。笔者认为,通过对PK公司的新产品开发管理体系的开进,可以提高PK公司新产品开发的效率,缩短开发周期。但更重要的是未来的持续改进,只有不断的实践和持续改进才能使得企业走的更好更远。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the speed of innovation in science and technology is fast. The ability to develop new products has become the core competitiveness of more and more enterprises. The higher quality of new product development has become the focus of attention of all enterprises. PK is a manufacturing enterprise in the construction machinery industry, which is wholly owned by the United States. Since 2011, the domestic machinery industry has been in the doldrums and PK companies have been struggling for five years. In the past one or two years, with the rapid growth of rail transit industry at home and abroad, and the slight recovery of construction machinery industry, PK Company ushered in its own spring. In this spring, full of opportunities and challenges, the company wants to seize the first chance, the first thing to do is to improve their new product development ability. The improvement of new product development ability is not only the technical improvement, but also the improvement of new product development process management ability. In order to solve the problems existing in the new product development management system of competitive companies and improve the efficiency of new product development, this paper will improve the management system of new product development in competitive companies. In this paper, the basic concepts of new product development, door diameter management system, modular design PLM system, process optimization and so on are described in order to provide theoretical basis for the full text. Then it analyzes the current situation of competition companies and their industries, and points out that competition companies should immediately improve their new product development management system and enhance their ability to develop new products in order to adapt to the current market. In this paper, statistical analysis is used to analyze the existing new product development management system of competitive companies, and find out the existing problems and the causes of the problems. The new product development plan and control means are optimized by using the door and diameter management system to make the new product development process more planning and controllable. Modular design is used to improve the development of new products and shorten the time of product design. The flow chart analysis method is used to improve the process of quotation link and shorten the time required for quotation link. The Enovia system is used as the basic tool to realize the modular design of the product, and the efficiency of approval in the process is improved by using the Enovia system. Finally, this paper puts forward four safeguard measures to improve the new product development management system in order to ensure the successful improvement of the new product development management system of the competition company. The innovations of this paper are as follows: the first time the door and diameter management system is introduced into the new product development management system of the competitive company, which makes up for the defects in the new product development management system of the competition company, the first time the concept of modular design is introduced, Classifying products according to interface structure shortens the time spent in the design phase of new product development in competitive companies. The author thinks that the efficiency of new product development can be improved and the development cycle can be shortened by advancing the new product development management system of the competitive company. But more important is the future continuous improvement, only the continuous practice and continuous improvement can make the enterprise go better and farther.
