兖州煤业股份有限公司竞争战略研究

【摘要】:本文依据竞争战略理论,利用PEST分析、五力模型以及SWOT模型,对企业的竞争优势进行研究,在深入对企业现状的了解,寻找企业存在的问题。在全球经济低迷的大背景下,煤炭产业的下游消费量下滑,销售价格持续降低,煤炭企业利润减少,严重影响了经营效益。现今形势下,找出如何扭转困境,并获得新的活力成为了煤炭企业的第一要务。兖州煤业股份有限公司(文中简称"兖州煤业"),主营业务是煤炭的开采、加工与销售,是我国煤炭行业中的典型企业。本文从竞争战略的理论基础出发,对兖州煤业的竞争战略进行分析和研究。本文将财务分析方法与竞争战略分析相结合,利用兖州煤业2012-2016年的企业财务数据,选取兖州煤业的煤炭业务进行分析,并根据研究结论提出公司竞争战略方面的建议。使用PEST模型,分析煤炭行业的外部环境;利用五力模型,分析了煤炭产业的状况;运用SWOT模型,分析兖州煤业的自身优劣势、机遇和挑战。与此同时,全面充分的评估企业竞争力;最后是企业的竞争战略选择,重点预测企业发展,提出适用的竞争战略以及战略实施的保障措施,对公司的未来道路进行规划。通过对兖州煤业进行竞争战略分析,最后确定,兖州煤业应选择总成本领先战略,尽量规避竞争者的威胁,将购买者的议价能力削弱,力求降低企业经营风险,提高净利率,保证企业的价值最大化。在日趋复杂的内外部环境下,本文通过对兖州煤业的竞争战略进行研究,为兖州煤业的未来发展提供建议,增加兖州煤业在煤炭行业中的竞争优势。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of competition strategy, this paper makes use of pest analysis, five-force model and SWOT model to study the competitive advantage of enterprises. Against the background of the global economic downturn, the downstream consumption of the coal industry has fallen, sales prices have continued to fall, and profits of coal enterprises have been reduced, which has seriously affected the operating efficiency. In the present situation, finding out how to reverse difficulties and gain new vitality has become the first priority of coal enterprises. Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. (Yanzhou Coal Industry for short), the main business is coal mining, processing and sales, is a typical enterprise in China's coal industry. Based on the theory of competition strategy, this paper analyzes and studies the competitive strategy of Yanzhou coal industry. This paper combines the financial analysis method with the competition strategy analysis, using the enterprise financial data of Yanzhou coal industry from 2012 to 2016, selects the coal business of Yanzhou coal industry to analyze, and puts forward some suggestions on the competitive strategy of the company according to the research conclusion. This paper analyzes the external environment of coal industry by pest model, analyzes the status of coal industry by using five-force model, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Yanzhou coal industry by using SWOT model. At the same time, it is necessary to evaluate the competitiveness of the enterprise in an all-round way, and finally, to plan the future road of the company by choosing the competitive strategy, focusing on the forecast of the development of the enterprise, putting forward the applicable competition strategy and the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy. By analyzing the competitive strategy of Yanzhou Coal Industry, it is determined that Yanzhou Coal Industry should choose the leading strategy of total cost, avoid the threat of competitors, weaken the bargaining power of buyers, and strive to reduce the operating risk of enterprises and raise net interest rate. To ensure the maximum value of the enterprise. Under the increasingly complex internal and external environment, this paper studies the competitive strategy of Yanzhou coal industry, provides suggestions for the future development of Yanzhou coal industry, and increases the competitive advantage of Yanzhou coal industry in coal industry.
