茶文化背景下图书馆给茶企提供个性化服务研究

【摘要】:茶文化具有显著的地域特性,因此茶文化可以赋予茶叶制品很强的市场差异性。茶企在产品的营销推广和市场口碑打造中,需要依托文化单位的文献资源,来全面提升产品的文化内涵。对图书馆给茶企提供个性化服务进行研究,便能与茶企的营销需求相联系。图书馆提供个性化服务的路径为:图书馆在人员往来中掌握茶企的营销需求、图书馆基于现有茶文化资源进行信息整理、图书馆依托专业人员来承接茶企外包任务、利益共享机制下实现图书馆服务质量提升。
[Abstract]:Tea culture has significant regional characteristics, so tea culture can give tea products a strong market difference. In marketing promotion and word-of-mouth building, tea enterprises need to rely on the literature resources of cultural units to promote the cultural connotation of products. The research on the personalized service provided by the library to tea enterprises can be linked to the marketing needs of tea enterprises. The way for library to provide personalized service is to grasp the marketing needs of tea enterprises in the exchange of personnel, to organize the information based on the existing tea cultural resources, and to rely on professionals to undertake the outsourcing tasks of tea enterprises. Under the benefit sharing mechanism, the library service quality will be improved.
