T公司商业模式运营研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, business model has not only become a hot topic in academic circles, but also has been paid more and more attention to by more and more enterprises. While enterprise managers are actively learning the theory of business model, they are applied to the management practice of enterprises. Effectively improve the operational efficiency of enterprises. At present, the research of business model mainly focuses on two aspects: the influence of business model on enterprise financial value and the influence of business operation management. However, as far as the non-listed enterprises are concerned, due to the limitation of their own conditions and the adverse effects of the current economic environment, most of the research on the impact of business models on the operation and management of enterprises is based on the listed enterprises as a case study object. The operation management loophole appears frequently, the operation management question urgently needs to be solved. Therefore, this paper combines the existing research results of business model, starting from the overall operating system and working capital management, taking the actual operation of the business model of the case enterprise T company as the case study material. After a comprehensive analysis of the problems of the enterprise operation system and capital management, the short-term solution and long-term planning and design of the fund management and operation system are put forward, and the corresponding management evaluation indexes are put forward. In order to create favorable conditions for business model optimization and improvement in the future. In this paper, the author thinks that the business model optimization should first be based on the actual situation of the enterprise itself, secondly, it should not be limited to the maintenance of the existing business model operation, and should focus on long-term planning to optimize the business model. In order to create favorable business environment and good financial support for the continuous operation of the enterprise, the corresponding evaluation index is designed.
