互联网时代茶企财务管理人才培养模式创新研究

【摘要】:我国茶企大多为小微企业类型,这就直接导致了茶企普遍存在着利润率低的现状。为此,通过创新企业财务管理人才的培养机制,使其能着眼于互联网时代的财务管理模式重构工作,则将成为茶企在未来的核心竞争力。创新的路径包括:正视茶企财务管理人员队伍的现状、分层完成财务管理人才的培养计划、突出培养财务人员的机制创新能力、进行财务管理部门的组织文化建设等四个方面。
[Abstract]:Most tea enterprises in our country are small and micro enterprises, which directly leads to the low profit margin of tea enterprises. Therefore, by innovating the training mechanism of enterprise financial management talents and making it focus on the reconstruction of financial management mode in the Internet era, it will become the core competitiveness of tea enterprises in the future. The innovation path includes four aspects: facing the present situation of the contingent of financial management personnel in tea enterprises, completing the training plan of financial management talents in different levels, emphasizing the ability of mechanism innovation of training financial personnel, and carrying out the organizational culture construction of financial management department.
