新疆煤炭资源与水资源配比关系研究及开发建议

【摘要】:水资源在我国西部尤其是新疆地区关系到煤炭的命运。煤炭开采需要用水,煤炭清洁利用和提质升级也需要水,若有煤无水则煤炭沦落与土无疑。新疆地区是我国第十四个大型煤炭基地,是西部大开发的着足点,也是一带一路国家战略布局的支撑点,若能解决好煤炭与水的问题,则就解决了能源安全问题,也解决了民族问题。本文立足新疆煤炭地质条件与水资源条件综合分析,研究了煤炭资源与水资源的配比关系,总结了煤炭资源分布与水资源分布之间存在的问题,提出了解决问题的战略性建议。可为研究西部煤炭资源利用问题提供参考,具有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Water resources in the western part of China, especially in Xinjiang, are related to the fate of coal. Coal mining needs water, coal clean use and upgrading also need water. If there is no water, coal will fall into soil. Xinjiang is the 14th large-scale coal base in China, the foothold of the large-scale development of the western region, and the supporting point of the national strategic layout of the Belt and Road. If the problems of coal and water can be solved well, the energy security problem will be solved. Ethnic problems have also been solved. Based on the comprehensive analysis of coal geological conditions and water resources conditions in Xinjiang, this paper studies the relationship between coal resources and water resources, summarizes the problems existing in the distribution of coal resources and water resources, and puts forward some strategic suggestions to solve the problems. It can provide a reference for the study of the utilization of coal resources in western China, and has a certain practical significance.
