供电作业项目安全生产风险管控系统开发及后评价研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the State Grid Company has made great efforts to improve the safety level and reduce the risk coefficient by constantly establishing and perfecting the articles of association of the engineering construction and reforming the management mode, so as to stabilize the safety management mode of the electric power engineering. Standardization has advanced. Even so, some electric power engineering construction, still has many shortcomings in the safety aspect. Just because of this, the safety implementation of electric power engineering is paid attention to by the state. In order to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents and minimize the risk coefficient, the State Grid Corporation has made great efforts. First of all, in the field of project safety management, the management methods and means have been continuously improved. Put forward more effective management measures to make the management of construction projects more standardized; secondly, in terms of rules and regulations, constantly put forward new articles of association to make them more rigorous; moreover, add more stringent standards so that projects can be prepared in the early stages. Or during the construction period, are strictly in accordance with the standards. In this way, the project can be implemented safely. The essence of safety production management is safety risk management, and the core of safety risk management is safety risk assessment. In order to implement the requirements of risk management and improve the risk management and safety capacity of the enterprise, this paper first combines the current situation of the power supply company. Based on the analysis of the requirement factors of the safety production risk control system of the county power supply enterprise, the business process and data flow of the system are discussed in detail. Secondly, the technical framework of the system is designed based on the system design principle. The risk assessment index system of the management and control system is constructed, and the main database table and input / output contents of the system are designed. After that, the hardware and software environment of the system are analyzed, and the interface of each function module is introduced. By using matter-element extension model, the post-evaluation research is carried out, and it is proved that the system has strong maneuverability and good application effect.
