低油价下精细油藏描述研究的思考与对策

【摘要】：为了应对目前国内外低油价的挑战,对精细油藏描述面临的问题进行了思考和总结。通过对国内外资料的调研和分析,结合自身科研实践,提出了相应的对策。认为在目前低油价的形势下,"降本增效"是进行精细油藏描述研究必须坚持的原则。在此原则指导下,精细油藏描述研究中应该加强8个方面的工作,分别是科学谋划基础资料录取、合理设置研究项目、突出重点研究内容、注重研究成果在生产中的应用实效、数字化油藏建设以提高精细油藏描述研究的信息化水平、加强研究过程和成果的质量控制、利用新方法新技术"降本增效"、充分重视经济有效性问题。低油价对精细油藏描述研究提出了挑战,同时也带来了转型发展的机遇。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the challenge of low oil price at home and abroad, the problems of fine reservoir description are considered and summarized. Based on the investigation and analysis of domestic and foreign data and the practice of scientific research, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. Under the situation of low oil price at present, "reducing cost and increasing efficiency" is the principle that must be adhered to in the study of fine reservoir description. Under the guidance of this principle, eight aspects should be strengthened in the study of fine reservoir description, namely, scientific planning of basic data, rational setting of research projects, emphases on research contents, and emphasis on the practical application of research results in production. Digital reservoir construction can improve the information level of fine reservoir description study, strengthen the quality control of research process and achievement, and make full use of new method and new technology "reducing cost and increasing efficiency", and paying full attention to the problem of economic effectiveness. Low oil price not only challenges the research of fine reservoir description, but also brings opportunities for transformation and development.
