河北中烟保定卷烟厂发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着我国加入WTO及市场化的推进,烟草行业在新的市场化取向改革的大环境下的发展格局也发生了变化,以往的暴利情形已经不容见到,随之而来的是我国烟草行业内部的激烈竞争。保定生产香烟可谓历史悠久,如何在新环境下,尤其是专卖体制下实行市场化管理,是河北中烟保定卷烟厂应该思考的问题,比如像一些老牌香烟“玉兰”,如何走可持续发展道路更是重中之重思考的问题。本文就是在此种背景下应运而生。如何规划河北中烟保定卷烟厂的未来发展战略,如何为河北中烟保定卷烟厂的老品牌“玉兰”烟寻找新的利润增长点,采取何种经营模式保持公司的竞争优势等问题的研究都是本文的主要课题。首先本文应用战略管理与战略发展的理论知识详细分析了河北中烟保定卷烟厂所处的内部及外部环境,指出了河北中烟保定卷烟厂发展存在的优势与劣势,指出了河北中烟保定卷烟厂在发展过程中存在的问题;其次,本文根据河北中烟保定卷烟厂的发展目标与战略定位,制定了一系列发展措施,并提出了可供方案实施的保障措施;最后,本文旨在为河北中烟保定卷烟厂提供市场化取向改革的方案措施,为烟草行业的发展丰富战略发展理论。
[Abstract]:With China's entry into WTO and the promotion of marketization, the development pattern of tobacco industry in the new market-oriented reform environment has also changed. What follows is the fierce competition inside the tobacco industry of our country. Baoding has a long history of producing cigarettes. How to implement market-oriented management in the new environment, especially under the monopoly system, is a problem that should be considered by Hebei Zhongyan Baoding cigarette factory, such as "Magnolia", like some old brand cigarettes. How to take the road of sustainable development is a top priority. This article is under this kind of background arises at the historic moment. How to plan the future development strategy of Hebei Zhongyan Baoding cigarette factory, how to find a new profit growth point for the old brand "Magnolia" of Hebei Zhongyan Baoding cigarette factory, The research on how to maintain the competitive advantage of the company is the main topic of this paper. Firstly, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Hebei Zhongyan Baoding cigarette factory, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Hebei Zhongyan Baoding cigarette factory by applying the theory knowledge of strategic management and strategic development. The problems existing in the development of Hebei Zhongyan Baoding cigarette Factory are pointed out. Secondly, according to the development goal and strategic orientation of Hebei Zhongyan Baoding cigarette Factory, a series of development measures are formulated. Finally, this paper aims to provide market-oriented reform measures for Hebei Zhongyan Baoding cigarette factory, and enrich the strategic development theory for the development of tobacco industry.
