高耗能产品节能减排的协同效应研究
[Abstract]:High energy consumption products are the basic products of our industry and the key to promote the industrial circular economy. The operation of the product circular economy system should realize the increment of its value stream, that is, to improve the synergistic effect and the comprehensive benefit of the product circulation economy. High energy consumption product is the key point of promoting energy saving and emission reduction strategy in China. It is necessary to systematically study the synergistic effect between energy saving and emission reduction system construction and value stream. Based on the view of cooperation, the concept of energy saving and emission reduction system for high energy consuming products is put forward, and the energy saving and emission reduction system of high energy consuming products is divided into three parts: the production process organization system, the technology system and the management system. By using value flow analysis method and Euclidean spatial coordinate system analysis method, the cooperative effect models of process organization system, technology system and management system, and the synergetic effect model of energy saving and emission reduction system are constructed, respectively. And the value flow evaluation model of energy saving and emission reduction system. Taking a high energy consuming product as an example, this paper analyzes and calculates the comprehensive benefit, the synergistic effect of the product technology system and the management system under the two situations of the product production process organization not cooperating and the cooperation between the product production process organization and the cooperation system by using the established model. The results show that the above model can well reflect the value flow increment in the process of green production of products, and can provide a theoretical and practical analysis method for the further study of circular economy construction of high energy consuming products.
