安徽省装备制造业的投入产出分析

【摘要】：近年来,安徽省经济持续高速发展,建立了稳固的装备制造业基础和部门齐全的装备制造业体系,以装备制造业为主体的工业经济获得了迅猛发展,为国民经济其他各行业提供了技术装备战略性的支持,拉动了内需,促进了其他行业的进步。安徽省政府一贯高度重视装备制造业的发展情况,近年来,基于实现"工业强省"规划战略目标,特别编制了安徽省"十一五"规划、《安徽省装备制造业调整和振兴规划》、《安徽省九大产业振兴规划》等产业发展政策,为安徽工业发展奠定了良好基础和助推力[1]。本文首先就研究的背景和选题意义作出简要概述,其次对相关理论知识及文献进行梳理回顾,找出实证研究的可行路径及方法,同时说明本文的创新点。然后在确定研究方法的基础上,依据安徽省投入产出简表以及安徽省统计年鉴相关数据进行实证分析。论文的第二章主要介绍了投入产出分析基本原理和本文所运用的投入产出模型及公式指标。第三章首先对装备制造业产业进行界定,其次是对安徽省装备制造业发展情况进行说明,并在此基础上对安徽省装备制造业产业特点和产业关联特性进行分析。研究发现安徽省装备制造业近年来保持高速发展态势,目前已是全省工业行业第一大主导行业,同时它的特性为低附加值、高带动性的中间产品型产业,对上游产业具有较强带动作用,在国民经济中具有重要的地位和作用。但在发展中尚存在着生产技术水平整体不高等问题。在第四章中,论文对安徽省装备制造业产业关联效应进行投入产分析。首先计算安徽省装备制造业与其他各产业相互间的直接消耗系数,探索产业间的直接经济联系作用,然后基于产业间的敏感度和影响力等进行关联分析。研究发现安徽省装备制造业与第一产业直接经济关联作用较弱,与第二、第三产业直接经济关联作用较强,尤其是与第二产业中的工业(除装备制造业)和第三产业中的生产性服务业部门直接经济关联作用较强。论文同时发现,装备制造业为敏感度弱、影响力强的产业,各部门发展不均衡,内部产业过于集中,产业部门发展有待进一步提升。第五章对安徽省装备制造业总产出变动结构进行了投入产出分析,首先对安徽省装备制造业的总产出情况进行简要测算,然后再运用结构分解分析法(SDA)对总产出结构变动因素进行测度分析,以找出影响装备制造业产出的主要因素。研究表明,安徽省装备制造业各部门的总产出的增长主要依靠出口拉动,而消费和投资因素对总产出增长影响较少,生产技术及其他因素在一定程度上制约了装备制造业总产出的增长。最后,第六章梳理了论文实证分析研究的主要结论,并得出发展安徽省装备制造业的相关启示和对策建议。主要建议包括:一是积极协调发展三次产业,提高三次产业制造业化程度以求指导实现安徽装备制造业的良好、持续发展。二是加大装备制造业重点产业支持发展,以推动安徽经济增长。三是加大对装备制造业技术和资本的投入力度,提升生产技术水平。四是明确定位,找准产业优势,优化资源配置,拓宽产业投资,扩大政府消费、居民消费,多维度拉动装备制造业发展。五是加强吸引人才队伍,培养一批过硬的技术型人才,为安徽装备制造业的发展注入活力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the economy of Anhui Province has been developing at a sustained and high speed. A solid equipment manufacturing industry foundation and a complete equipment manufacturing system have been established. The industrial economy with the equipment manufacturing industry as the main body has achieved rapid development. It has provided strategic support for other industries in the national economy, stimulated domestic demand and promoted other industries. The Anhui Provincial Government has always attached great importance to the development of the equipment manufacturing industry. In recent years, based on the realization of the strategic objectives of the "strong industrial province" plan, the 11th Five-Year Plan of Anhui Province has been formulated, especially the industrial development policies such as the "adjustment and revitalization plan of the equipment manufacturing industry in Anhui Province" and "revitalization plan of the nine major industries in Anhui Province" have laid a foundation for the industrial development of Anhui Province. Firstly, this paper gives a brief overview of the research background and the significance of topic selection. Secondly, it combs and reviews the relevant theoretical knowledge and literature, finds out the feasible path and method of empirical research, and explains the innovation of this paper. Secondly, on the basis of defining the research methods, according to the input-output simplification of Anhui Province. The second chapter mainly introduces the basic principle of input-output analysis and the input-output model and formula index used in this paper. The third chapter first defines the equipment manufacturing industry, and then explains the development of the equipment manufacturing industry in Anhui Province. Based on this, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the equipment manufacturing industry in Anhui Province and the characteristics of its industrial correlation.The research finds that the equipment manufacturing industry in Anhui Province has maintained a high-speed development trend in recent years and is now the largest leading industry in the whole province. Meanwhile, its characteristics are low-value-added, high-driving intermediate product industry, which has the characteristics of the upstream industry. It plays an important role in the national economy and plays an important role. However, there are still some problems in the development, such as the overall low level of production technology. The study finds that the direct economic relationship between the equipment manufacturing industry and the primary industry in Anhui Province is weak, and the direct economic relationship between the secondary industry and the tertiary industry is strong, especially with the secondary industry. The paper also finds that the equipment manufacturing industry is a weak sensitive and influential industry, the development of each sector is not balanced, the internal industry is too concentrated, and the development of the industrial sector needs to be further improved. The dynamic structure of the input-output analysis, first of all, the total output of the equipment manufacturing industry in Anhui Province is briefly measured, and then the structural decomposition analysis (SDA) is used to measure and analyze the factors affecting the total output structure of the equipment manufacturing industry to find out the main factors affecting the output of the equipment manufacturing industry in Anhui Province. The growth of total output is mainly driven by exports, while the factors of consumption and investment have little influence on the growth of total output. Production technology and other factors restrict the growth of total output of equipment manufacturing industry to a certain extent. The main suggestions include: first, actively coordinate the development of the three industries, improve the degree of manufacturing industry in order to guide the realization of good and sustainable development of Anhui equipment manufacturing industry; second, increase the support and development of key industries in equipment manufacturing industry to promote economic growth in Anhui Province; third, increase the technology and capital of equipment manufacturing industry. Fourthly, we should make a clear positioning, identify the industrial advantages, optimize the allocation of resources, broaden industrial investment, expand government consumption, resident consumption, and multi-dimensional development of equipment manufacturing industry. Fifthly, we should strengthen the attraction of talent, train a number of skilled personnel, and inject life into the development of Anhui equipment manufacturing industry. Power.
