知识产权保护与企业创新能力的关系——基于行业生命周期的视角

【摘要】：运用2007—2015年制造业上市公司的平衡面板数据,基于动态演化视角探究行业生命周期对知识产权保护与组织创新能力的关系是否存在影响。研究证明,知识产权保护与企业创新能力之间的"倒U"关系同时存在于成长期和成熟期,并且两个阶段的最优强度存在差异;而衰退期的企业却呈现出负向关系。认为在制定和实施知识产权保护制度时,应当基于行业角度,考虑行业生命周期的影响,有针对性地确定差异性的知识产权保护强度。
[Abstract]:Based on the balance panel data of listed manufacturing companies from 2007 to 2015, this paper explores whether the relationship between intellectual property protection and organizational innovation ability is affected by the industry life cycle from the perspective of dynamic evolution. The research proves that the "inverted U" relationship between intellectual property protection and enterprise innovation ability exists in both growth and maturity periods, and the optimal intensity of the two stages is different, while in the recession period firms show a negative relationship. When formulating and implementing intellectual property protection system, we should consider the influence of industry life cycle and determine the intensity of different intellectual property protection.
