美国制造创新计划研究

【摘要】:通过分析研究从美国白宫、众多材料研究学会及国际著名大学等网站所获取的情报信息,编译了2016年度美国关于新材料及先进制造的政策,其中主要包括:21世纪美国国家安全科学技术与创新战略、美国国家制造创新网络战略计划以及美国陆军发布的2016~2045年新兴科技趋势报告等。重点阐述了在上述3份报告中均提到的金属3D打印领域的国际动态,希望能为国内广大科研工作者了解美国制造业创新和新材料研发前沿动态提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of intelligence information obtained from the White House, numerous material research societies and internationally renowned universities and other websites, the 2016 policy on new materials and advanced manufacturing in the United States has been compiled. These include: the National Security Science, Technology and Innovation Strategy of the 21st Century, the Strategic Plan of National Manufacturing Innovation Network and the report on emerging Science and Technology Trends of 2016-2045 issued by the US Army. The international developments in the field of metal 3D printing mentioned in the above three reports are emphatically described in this paper. It is hoped that this paper can provide some references for the domestic researchers to understand the frontier trends of American manufacturing innovation and research and development of new materials.
