由横到纵将财务工作落实到“管理”上

【摘要】：正集团公司财务共享中心的建立,纵向上通过共享中心强化了集体的管控力度,保障了资金安全;横向上促使企业形成"倒逼"机制,补齐公司管理中存在的短板,提升企业的核心竞争力。随着经济全球化的推进,信息技术的飞速发展,企业经营管理方式也发生了巨大变革,促使企业财务管理方式发生转变,企业经营管理不仅需要更真实、及时的财务信息,而且更需要财务信息的共享。在这样的环境下,财务共享服务应运而生。
[Abstract]:The establishment of the financial sharing center of Zhengzheng Group has strengthened the collective control through the sharing center longitudinally, ensured the security of funds, and horizontally urged the enterprise to form a mechanism of "overturning" to make up for the shortcomings existing in the management of the company. Enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. With the advancement of economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology, great changes have taken place in the mode of business management, which has prompted the transformation of the mode of financial management of enterprises. The management of enterprises not only needs more real and timely financial information. And more need to share financial information. In such an environment, financial sharing services came into being.
