GD集团公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:在全球经济调整、国际贸易和投资增长放缓,以及全球经济复苏乏力的情势下,再加上铅酸蓄电池自2016年1月1日起开始征收消费税,以及环保部出台的《关于加强铅酸蓄电池及再生铅行业污染防治工作的通知》,进一步加重了企业的负担,使得铅酸蓄电池企业发展面临重重限制。因此,如何适应经济新常态,调整公司战略,保持公司可持续发展,是当前我国铅酸蓄电池企业亟待解决的重大课题。本文在研究国内外相关文献的基础上,运用战略管理的相关理论和方法,以GD集团公司为例,分析GD集团公司发展的外部环境,运用SWOT分析工具,对其现行战略进行分析,明确GD集团公司发展的战略定位和战略选择,并提出战略实施的保障措施。其内容主要分为七部分:(1)绪论。这一部分主要包括论文选题的背景和研究意义、国内外相关研究现状、研究的方法以及研究的内容和框架。(2)本文研究的理论基础。主要包括战略、战略管理等相关概念的界定、战略的类型、战略管理研究的基本方法以及相关理论。(3)GD集团公司发展的外部环境。主要分析GD集团公司发展的外部环境,包括宏观环境、竞争环境等,从而为公司战略制定提供依据。(4)GD集团公司现有战略及SWOT分析。主要分析GD集团公司现有战略的不足,并运用SWOT分析GD集团公司内部的优势和劣势、外部的机会与威胁,从而为GD集团公司战略选择提供依据。(5)GD集团公司发展的产业定位及战略选择。在五力模型、SWOT分析的基础上,研究国内外相关公司产业选择模式,提出GD集团公司的产业定位;运用SWOT分析工具分析GD集团公司的战略选择。(6)GD集团公司战略实施的保障措施。这一部分主要从从发挥战略领导力、创设能力型组织、培养和塑造支持战略的风气和文化以及培养更新战略的能力等四大方面分析GD集团公司战略实施的保障措施。(7)研究结论与展望。主要概括本文研究的主要结论和未来研究的展望。
[Abstract]:Amid a global economic adjustment, a slowdown in international trade and investment, and a sluggish global economic recovery, coupled with the introduction of a consumption tax on lead-acid batteries on January 1, 2016, And the notice issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection on strengthening the prevention and control of pollution in lead-acid batteries and regenerated lead industry has further increased the burden of enterprises and made the development of lead-acid battery enterprises face many restrictions. Therefore, how to adapt to the new normal state of economy, adjust the company strategy and maintain the sustainable development of the company is an important task to be solved urgently in the lead-acid battery enterprises in our country. Based on the study of domestic and foreign literature, this paper applies the theory and method of strategic management, taking GD Group Company as an example, analyzes the external environment of the development of GD Group Company, and uses SWOT analysis tools to analyze its current strategy. Make clear the strategic position and choice of GD group company's development, and put forward the safeguard measure of the strategy implementation. Its content is divided into seven parts: (1) introduction. This part mainly includes the background and significance of this thesis, the current situation of research at home and abroad, the research methods, the content and framework of the research. (2) the theoretical basis of this paper. It mainly includes the definition of strategy, strategic management and other related concepts, the types of strategy, the basic methods of strategic management research and the relevant theories. (3) the external environment of GD Group's development. This paper mainly analyzes the external environment of the development of GD Group Company, including the macro environment, competitive environment and so on, thus providing the basis for the company strategy making. (4) the existing strategy of GD Group Company and the SWOT analysis. This paper mainly analyzes the deficiency of the existing strategy of GD Group Company, and uses SWOT to analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of GD Group Company. Thus provides the basis for the GD group company strategic choice. (5) the GD group company development industry localization and the strategic choice. Based on the analysis of five forces model, this paper studies the industrial choice mode of domestic and foreign related companies, puts forward the industry orientation of GD group company, analyzes the strategic choice of GD group company by using SWOT analysis tool. (6) the safeguard measures of implementing the strategy of GD group company. This part mainly starts from giving full play to strategic leadership and creating competency-based organizations. This paper analyzes the measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy of GD Group from four aspects: cultivating and shaping the atmosphere and culture of supporting strategy and cultivating the ability of renewing strategy. (7) the conclusions and prospects of the research. This paper summarizes the main conclusions of the study and future research prospects.
