基于物质流分析的区域工业生态效率评价——以湖南省为例

【摘要】:基于物质流分析法,利用生态效率理论,开展了省域和全国工业生态效率比较研究。分析了工业直接物质输入和生产过程输出情况,将物质流指标与工业增加值、区域面积相结合,以湖南省为主在时间序列上作纵向比较,在空间上与全国水平作横向比较,分析了工业物质流的结构。结果表明,在分析年度内湖南省工业物质投入的效率逐步提高,生态效率指标逐年趋优,好于同期全国平均水平。但是,湖南省工业消耗的水泥等资源性物质占比较大,工业经济增长对生态环境的压力主要作用于本区域,工业排放的废弃物铅、汞、镉、砷大幅度地高于全国平均水平。
[Abstract]:Based on the method of material flow analysis and the theory of ecological efficiency, a comparative study of industrial ecological efficiency between provincial and national levels was carried out. The direct material input and production process output of industry were analyzed. The material flow index was combined with industrial added value and regional area, and the time series of Hunan Province was compared longitudinally and spatially with that of the whole country. The results show that the efficiency of industrial material input in Hunan Province has been gradually improved and the index of ecological efficiency has been improved year by year, which is better than the national average level in the same period. The pressure mainly acts on the region, and industrial waste lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic are substantially higher than the national average.
