宜春地区专变客户电量监测系统功能拓展及实用化应用研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of China's economic system reform, the concept of "electricity is a commodity" has been gradually agreed by people, and the electricity market has also formed. In view of the interest relationship between the buyer and the seller in the electricity market, it is necessary for both parties to guarantee the common interests, so that the normal operation of the market and the infringement of the interests of either party will result in market distortion and destruction. In order to ensure the normal operation of the electricity market, it is necessary to carry out effective business risk control. For electric power enterprises, how to do well marketing management and business risk control is one of the important means to ensure the economic interests of enterprises. Now is the key period of the national economic strategic transformation and the key period of the management reform of power supply enterprises. It is the key point of the enterprise development to reduce the cost and increase the profit ability of the enterprises. The economic benefits of power supply enterprises are mainly composed of electricity sales income, the growth of which depends on the growth of electricity sales, while 60% to 70% of the total electricity sales in Yichun area are large industrial users, which are specialized in increasing electricity consumption. Make its electricity quantity change to the company's economic benefit influence is relatively big. In the current social and economic environment, such as the economic growth rate is obviously slowing, some enterprises have overcapacity, the growth rate of regional industrial electricity consumption has slowed obviously, and some enterprises with high energy consumption and low efficiency need to transform, so it is very difficult to contribute to the growth of electricity. And a small number of enterprises sometimes break the contract and use electricity against rules and regulations, which causes the electricity balance of the power supply company is not practical, and directly affects the economic efficiency of the power supply company. In the past, monthly manual checking of customers' electricity quantity data required the end of month to find abnormal problems and recover losses, which is far from the requirement of current business fine management, and can not meet the demand of power supply enterprises to reduce cost and increase efficiency. This paper takes the function expansion and application of electric power marketing monitoring system in Yichun area as the main research object, based on the application of intelligent meter and automatic meter reading technology, using database storage and information system technology. Set up a data monitoring platform for special customers' electricity quantity, and the system automatically carries out preset periodic data scanning and statistical analysis. As soon as abnormal data is found, it will "catch" and warn in time. In order to help the supervisor to find out the problem of the abnormal change of customer's electric power in real time, and according to the management principle of "the law of two eight", it is important to strictly control the risk of "impersonation and leakage" in the metering of power consumption of large customers. Reduce the operating loss caused by the abnormal electricity metering, and achieve the goal of improving the company's operating efficiency. On the basis of the establishment of the data monitoring platform, from the aspects of expanding the function, strengthening the cooperation, consolidating the achievements and so on, the monitoring work has the characteristics of high timeliness, multi-level linkage, fine management and so on. To provide efficient monitoring means for electric power marketing business management, and to support the realization of the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency of power supply enterprises.
