超低排放改造及其对供电成本的影响

【摘要】:响应国家政策要求,某660 MW燃煤发电机组通过在空气预热器和静电除尘器之间加装低低温省煤器,改造脱硫吸收塔喷淋层和除雾器,增加1台刚性极板湿式电除尘器,同时进行引风机、增压风机二合一改造,并采用高效低氮燃烧器以及分级省煤器技术完成了超低排放改造。通过建立"度电年均成本评估模型",并以实际运行成本数据为基础,对除尘、脱硫、脱硝等过程进行逐项分析计算,获得改造对供电成本的影响情况。研究表明:采用上述创新技术和设备进行机组改造,显著降低了主要烟气污染物排放浓度;改造后供电成本增加0.008 47元/(k W·h)。该结果可为全国大范围实施的燃煤发电机组超低排放改造提供参考。
[Abstract]:In response to the national policy, a 660MW coal-fired generating set installed a low-temperature economizer between the air preheater and the electrostatic precipitator to transform the spray layer and mist remover of the desulfurization and absorption tower and add a wet electrostatic precipitator with a rigid polar plate. At the same time, the transformation of inducer and booster fan was carried out, and the ultra-low emission was improved by using high efficiency low nitrogen burner and classifying economizer. Based on the actual operating cost data, this paper analyzes and calculates the process of dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification, and obtains the influence of the transformation on the power supply cost. The results show that the innovation technology and equipment can significantly reduce the emission concentration of main flue gas pollutants and increase the power supply cost by 0.008 RMB / (k W h). The results can be used as a reference for the retrofit of ultra-low emission of coal-fired generating units in China.
