基于食品安全角度的企业诚信评价机制研究

【摘要】:食品工业企业诚信问题核心是食品安全问题,国内外对食品安全问题的研究侧重于现状、原因及应对策略等方面,具体研究如何评价食品工业企业的诚信评价模型则相对较少。因此,选取盈利能力、运营能力、外部环境及管理者素质4个一级指标和相应的二级指标构建评价模型,提出评价食品企业诚信水平的新方法。加强食品安全管理,需要企业经营者加强自身道德素质,也需要更加完善的监管体系和制度约束。
[Abstract]:The core of good faith problem in food industry enterprises is food safety. The research on food safety at home and abroad focuses on the present situation, the reasons and the countermeasures, etc. However, there are relatively few research on how to evaluate the integrity evaluation model of food industry enterprises. Therefore, four primary indexes, namely profitability, operation ability, external environment and quality of managers, are selected to construct the evaluation model, and a new method to evaluate the credit level of food enterprises is put forward. To strengthen food safety management, enterprise operators need to strengthen their own moral quality, but also need more perfect regulatory system and system constraints.
