中国能源利用结构优化的技术创新能力贡献:理论与实证

【摘要】:在中国经济高速发展过程中亟需优化能源利用结构,这其中技术创新能力有何贡献呢?简要的理论分析能够大致了解两者之间的关系,建立一个四方程联立系统并利用中国经验证据进行实证检验来估计技术创新能力对中国能源利用结构优化的贡献。实证结果显示,在其他条件不变情况下,技术创新能力水平提升1%,中国煤炭消费占比将平均下降0.732%。从中国不同地区之间的差异性来看,在其他条件不变情况下,创新能力水平每提升1%,发达地区煤炭消费占比却要增加1.097%,而经济欠发达地区煤炭消费占比可平均下降1.026%。因此,在中国省际之间利用技术创新能力促进资源利用结构优化需要区别对待。
[Abstract]:In the process of China's rapid economic development, it is urgent to optimize the structure of energy utilization. What contribution does the ability of technological innovation make? A brief theoretical analysis can roughly understand the relationship between the two and establish a four-equation simultaneous system and empirical test based on Chinese empirical evidence to estimate the contribution of technological innovation to the optimization of energy use structure in China. The empirical results show that under other conditions, the level of technological innovation ability will be improved by 1%, and the proportion of coal consumption in China will decrease by 0.73 2% on average. From the point of view of the difference between different regions in China, if the level of innovation ability is raised by 1, the proportion of coal consumption in developed areas will increase by 1.097, while the proportion of coal consumption in less developed areas can be decreased by 1.026% on average. Therefore, the utilization of technological innovation ability to promote the optimization of resource utilization structure among provinces in China needs to be treated differently.
