电解-ICP分析法测定冷杂铜中的铜、砷、铅、铋、锑、锌、镍

【摘要】:用硝酸溶解试样,通过加入硫酸铁铵和氨水,生成铜氨络合离子和氢氧化铁沉淀,过滤分离砷、铋、锑等元素。滤液在混酸存在下,铜电解析出并使用ICP-AES测定电解残液和所有沉淀及残渣中的微量铜及砷、铅、铋、锑、镍。通过对仪器工作参数、酸类别、电解条件、加标回收率等试验,确定了准确测定方法。
[Abstract]:By adding ammonium ferric sulfate and ammonia to dissolve the sample with nitric acid, copper-ammonia complex ions and ferric hydroxide precipitate were formed, and arsenic, bismuth, antimony and other elements were separated by filtration. In the presence of mixed acid, the filtrate was electrolyzed out of copper and determined by ICP-AES in trace amounts of copper and arsenic, lead, bismuth, antimony and nickel in the residual solution and all precipitates and residues. The accurate determination method was determined by testing the working parameters, acid category, electrolytic condition and recovery rate.
