化解基层培训中工学矛盾的几点思考

【摘要】:培训是企业给予员工的最好福利。毫无疑问,在石油开采企业,尤其是采油厂新分配员工必须经过三级安全教育后方可上岗工作,工艺或者地质研究所技术熟练的老员工岗位变更后需要时间去学习逐步适应,采油队等基层单位的骨干员工工作一段时间后,对地下油藏形态或工艺设备有了新的困惑,新工艺新技术更新换代后对操作员工有了新的要求……企业培训的意义就在于,以学促做,使新员工、转岗员工在最短时间内能进入工作状态;使操作岗员工业务越发熟练、技能越发精湛;为专业技术人员拨开迷雾理清方向,寻找出最有效率的工作方法。但在实际工作中,常常由于人员短缺、精力有限、工作任务重而导致不能按时参加企业培训,出现协调不好,兼顾不到的状况。员工习惯于整天忙碌在工作岗位上,忽视了培训对提高技能、促进任务完成的积极作用。本文将重点阐述培训的意义以及如何化解员工培训中的工学矛盾。
[Abstract]:Training is the best benefit for employees. There is no doubt that in oil extraction enterprises, especially in oil extraction plants, the newly assigned staff must go through three levels of safety education before they can take up their posts. It takes time to learn to adapt gradually to the changes of old workers skilled in technology or geological research institutes. After working for a period of time, the backbone staff of the oil production team and other grass-roots units have a new confusion about the underground reservoir shape or process equipment, and new requirements for the operation staff after the replacement of the new technology and new technology. The significance of enterprise training lies in promoting learning to make new and transferred employees enter the working state in the shortest possible time; making the operating staff more skilled and skilled; and clearing the way for professional and technical personnel to clear their way through the fog. Find the most efficient way to work. However, in practical work, due to the shortage of personnel, limited energy and heavy work tasks, it is often unable to participate in enterprise training on time, resulting in poor coordination and failure to take account of the situation. Employees are used to working all day, ignoring the positive role of training in improving skills and promoting task completion. This paper will focus on the significance of training and how to resolve the contradictions in staff training.
