ZLSJ规划设计公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:新常态的时代背景下,我国正处于以降速化、转型化以及多元化为特征的新型城镇化加速发展阶段,城乡规划行业也面临着从粗放型发展模式向集约发展模式的转变、从城乡二元结构发展向城乡统筹发展的转变、从城市用地增量发展的规划模式向城乡用地存量发展的规划模式的转变。这些转变为城乡规划行业提出了挑战,更提供了机遇。在新常态的行业及政策背景之下,企业如何转变企业发展方向、制定战略发展思路,对于企业的建设发展、市场占有都起着非常重要的作用。相对于大型规划设计院及设计企业,中小型规划设计公司明显处于劣势,并且中小型设计企业的数量不断增加使得同类之间的竞争也日趋激烈。因此,本文试图以ZLSJ规划设计公司这一中小型规划设计企业作为研究对象,通过对其所处的外部宏观环境及企业自身的内部环境进行分析研究,总结出企业发展面临的主要问题,提出适宜企业发展的战略设计及确保战略顺利实施的保障措施,以期ZLSJ规划设计公司能够依靠正确的企业发展战略,提升公司在中小型规划设计企业中的竞争力,使公司得到突破性的发展。更希望通过本文研究,能够为中小型规划设计企业的发展提供一个借鉴案例。本文主要分为六个部分对公司的发展战略研究进行较为系统的论述。本文首先对研究背景、目的和意义、研究内容、方法步骤及技术路线进行简要概述,并且对ZLSJ规划设计公司的基本情况做了简略的介绍。其次对企业所处的外部宏观环境进行了分析,针对企业的主要业务内容和市场定位进行分析,并运用经典模型对ZLSJ规划设计公司的外部竞争环境及内部环境进行了综合评价,指出企业适合的经营市场范围。最后,提出企业发展的战略指导思想,基于前期分析研究为完成公司发展总体目标制定切实有效的发展战略,即差异化战略、一体化战略及企业联盟发展战略,并最终提出保障战略实施的有效保障措施建议。并对ZLSJ规划设计公司的长远发展进行了初步的探讨,希望能够为本行业及相关行业的发展提供一定的理论参考。本文的研究范围广泛,研究内容较多,而且产生的数据较多,由于研究的资源有限,以及作者本人水平有限,作者只在部分问题上提出了若干思路和解决办法,因此论文仍存在许多不足之处,这些都需要进一步论证和深入研究,笔者在以后的工作和学习中将会进一步朝此方向进行深入研究。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new normal times, China is in the accelerating development stage of new urbanization characterized by speed reduction, transformation and diversification. The urban and rural planning industry is also facing the transition from extensive development model to intensive development model. The transformation from the dual structure of urban and rural areas to the overall development of urban and rural areas, from the urban land use incremental development planning mode to the urban and rural land stock development planning mode change. These changes for urban and rural planning industry challenges, but also provide opportunities. Under the background of the new normal industry and policy, how to change the development direction of enterprises and formulate strategic development ideas are very important for the construction and development of enterprises, market possession plays a very important role. Compared with large planning and design institutes and design enterprises, small and medium-sized planning and design companies are obviously at a disadvantage, and the number of small and medium-sized design enterprises is increasing, which makes the competition between the same kind of enterprises become increasingly fierce. Therefore, this paper attempts to take ZLSJ Planning and Design Company, a small and medium-sized enterprise, as the research object, through the analysis of its external macro environment and the internal environment of the enterprise itself. This paper summarizes the main problems facing the enterprise development, puts forward the strategic design suitable for the enterprise development and the guarantee measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, so that the ZLSJ planning and design company can rely on the correct enterprise development strategy. Improve the competitiveness of the company in small and medium-sized planning and design enterprises, so that the company has a breakthrough development. More hope through this study, can provide a reference case for the development of small and medium-sized planning and design enterprises. This article is divided into six parts to study the development strategy of the company for a more systematic discussion. In this paper, the background, purpose and significance of the research, research content, method steps and technical route are briefly summarized, and the basic situation of ZLSJ planning and design company is briefly introduced. Secondly, the external macro environment of the enterprise is analyzed, the main business content and market orientation of the enterprise are analyzed, and the external competition environment and internal environment of ZLSJ planning and design company are comprehensively evaluated by using the classical model. Points out the suitable market scope for the enterprise. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategic guiding ideology of enterprise development. Based on the previous analysis, it formulates a practical and effective development strategy for accomplishing the overall goal of the company's development, that is, differentiation strategy, integration strategy and enterprise alliance development strategy. And finally put forward the effective safeguard measures to implement the safeguard strategy. This paper also discusses the long-term development of ZLSJ planning and design company, hoping to provide some theoretical reference for the development of the industry and related industries. Because of the limited resources of the research and the limited level of the author himself, the author has only put forward some ideas and solutions on some problems. Therefore, there are still many shortcomings in the thesis, which need further demonstration and further study. The author will further study in this direction in the future work and study.
