上海市工业能源生产力评价和技术效率分析

【摘要】:基于2000—2013年间上海市工业行业的面板数据,研究上海市工业能源生产力的影响因素,并测算工业33个行业的技术效率。结果表明,资本要素与能源生产力正相关,而能源投入和碳排放量与能源生产力负相关,且上海市工业领域存在轻微的劳动力过剩情况;总体上,上海市工业领域在2000—2013年间的平均技术效率为0.81,相对于生产前沿面来说,还有19%的改善空间;制造业的技术效率水平整体较高,而电力、热力、燃气及水生产和供应业的技术无效率程度极高,生产点严重滞后于最优产出。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of Shanghai industrial industry from 2000 to 2013, this paper studies the influencing factors of Shanghai industrial energy productivity, and calculates the technical efficiency of 33 industries. The results show that capital factors are positively related to energy productivity, while energy input and carbon emissions are negatively correlated with energy productivity, and there is a slight surplus of labor in Shanghai industrial sector. On the whole, the average technical efficiency of Shanghai industrial field from 2000 to 2013 is 0.81, compared with the front of production, there is still 19% room for improvement. The technical efficiency level of manufacturing industry is relatively high, while that of power, heat, gas and water production and supply industry is extremely high, and the production point lags behind the optimal output seriously.
