新形势下煤炭设计企业发展实例分析

【摘要】：煤炭市场的低迷使设计市场不断萎缩,煤炭设计企业面临着转型与发展的问题。以天地科技设计院为例,分析了其外部和内部环境,总结了发展的优势、劣势以及面临的机遇和挑战进而制定了天地科技设计院合理控制规模,优化专业结构,培育核心技术,突出开采特色的发展战略,并提出了具体实施措施,为同类企业的发展提供了一定的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Coal design enterprises are faced with the problem of transformation and development because of the declining of coal market. Taking Tiandi Science and Technology Design Institute as an example, this paper analyzes its external and internal environment, summarizes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges faced by the development, and then formulates the reasonable control scale of Tiandi Science and Technology Design Institute, optimizes the professional structure, and cultivates the core technology. The development strategy of mining characteristics is highlighted, and the concrete implementation measures are put forward, which provides some reference for the development of similar enterprises.
