JN烟草公司采购管理优化研究

【摘要】:随着近年来的企业发展,JN烟草公司的采购种类不断增加,采购工作牵涉面越来越广、精益化程度要求越来越高、工作流程越来越复杂。如果内控机制不完善,就会导致不规范行为的发生,严重影响采购工作效率,进而影响企业持续健康发展。本研究通过对JN烟草公司采购管理的分析研讨,希望能够对推进烟草行业的采购精益合理化,降低企业的采购成本,提升企业竞争力有借鉴意义。本文以JN烟草公司为例,采用调查研究、经验总结、比较分析的方法,对其采购管理现状进行了全面分析,进而提出了相关优化策略。首先本文明确了研究的目的、背景、研究方法和意义。并对采购管理理论、供应链理论及采购管理影响因素和相关文献进行分析,为论文下一步写作做好了准备。其次,本文对JN烟草公司现状、采购管理情况和采购制度和流程进行全面分析,找出了其存在的问题和原因。然后本文利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,邀请相关专家对JN烟草公司采购管理工作进行了评价分析。在此基础上,明确了公司采购管理的优化的必要性和可行性,而后制定了优化的原则,进而提出在组织结构、采购流程、信息系统、采购方式方面的优化措施,在此基础上提出了制度建设、思想认识、监督体系、考核体系的保障措施,最后分析了优化的预期作用。本文通过对JN烟草公司采购管理现状的分析,为公司建立起一套科学合理、具有实际操作性和可行性的采购管理战略体系,从而为以后该公司在采购管理方面的进一步优化提供帮助,同时也可为行业内其他公司提供采购管理的优化思路。
[Abstract]:With the development of enterprises in recent years, the types of procurement of JN Tobacco Company are increasing, the procurement work is more and more extensive, the lean degree is more and more demanding, and the workflow is becoming more and more complex. If the internal control mechanism is not perfect, it will lead to the occurrence of non-standard behavior, seriously affect the efficiency of procurement, and then affect the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises. By analyzing the purchasing management of JN Tobacco Company, this study hopes that it can be used for reference to promote the procurement lean rationalization of tobacco industry, reduce the purchasing cost of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper takes JN Tobacco Company as an example, adopts the methods of investigation, experience summary and comparative analysis, makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of its purchasing management, and then puts forward the relevant optimization strategies. First of all, the purpose, background, research method and significance of the research are defined in this paper. The paper also analyzes the purchase management theory, supply chain theory, the influencing factors of purchasing management and related literature, which makes a good preparation for the next writing of the paper. Secondly, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the status quo, procurement management, procurement system and process of JN Tobacco Company, and finds out the existing problems and reasons. Then, by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper invites relevant experts to evaluate and analyze the procurement management work of JN tobacco company. On this basis, the necessity and feasibility of the optimization of the company's procurement management are clarified, and then the optimization principles are formulated, and the optimization measures in the aspects of organizational structure, procurement process, information system, and procurement methods are put forward. On this basis, the paper puts forward the safeguard measures of system construction, ideological understanding, supervision system and examination system, and finally analyzes the expected function of optimization. Based on the analysis of the current purchasing management situation of JN Tobacco Company, this paper sets up a set of scientific, reasonable, practical and feasible purchasing management strategy system for the company. So it can help the further optimization of purchasing management in the future, and at the same time, it can also provide the optimized thinking of purchasing management for other companies in the industry.
