光伏发电资产证券化融资探究——基于投资银行业务视角

【摘要】：本文主要从投资银行业务角度,通过剖析地面光伏电站及分布式光伏电站两个案例,结合我国现状,进行光伏发电资产证券化融资的可行性分析、优劣分析、风险分析以及具体产品设计等,探讨如何有效解决光伏发电资产证券化融资所面临的问题,并最终使发行人实现融资的目标。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of investment banking, this paper analyzes the feasibility of securitization of photovoltaic power generation assets by analyzing the two cases of ground photovoltaic power station and distributed photovoltaic power station, combining with the present situation of our country, and analyzes the merits and demerits of the securitization. Through risk analysis and product design, this paper discusses how to effectively solve the problems faced by photovoltaic power generation asset securitization financing, and finally make the issuer realize the goal of financing.
