基于DEA-Tobit方法的东北三省建筑业可持续发展效率分析

【摘要】:为了进一步研究东北三省建筑业可持续发展能力,实现东北老工业基地全面振兴,本文从建筑业可持续发展效率分析的视角,选取了20032015年东北三省建筑业有关投入产出的相关指标,基于数据包络分析方法,构建了以从业人员、固定资产投资、技术装备率为投入指标,以竣工面积、建筑业总产值、利税总额为输出指标的评价分析模型。分析结果表明:东北三省个别年份的建筑业可持续发展效率无效多是因为技术创新投入不足。为了进一步验证分析结果的准确性,利用Tobit模型对影响建筑业发展效率因素进行了回归分析,所得结果与DEA分析基本一致。说明东北三省建筑业可持续发展能力的提高,与政府和企业充分发挥其主体地位作用是密切相关的。
[Abstract]:In order to further study the sustainable development ability of the construction industry in the three provinces of Northeast China and realize the comprehensive revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China, this paper analyzes the efficiency of the sustainable development of the construction industry from the perspective of the analysis. Based on the data envelopment analysis method, this paper selects the relative indexes of the construction industry in the three provinces of Northeast China from 2003 to 2015, and constructs the input index of the employees, the investment of fixed assets and the rate of technical equipment, in order to complete the area and the gross output value of the construction industry. The total amount of interest and tax is the evaluation and analysis model of the output index. The results show that the inefficiency of sustainable development of construction industry in three provinces of Northeast China is due to insufficient investment in technological innovation. In order to further verify the accuracy of the analysis results, the factors affecting the development efficiency of the construction industry were analyzed by using Tobit model, and the results were in good agreement with the DEA analysis. It shows that the improvement of the sustainable development ability of the construction industry in the three provinces of Northeast China is closely related to the government and enterprises giving full play to their main role.
