美国食品价格长期稳定的原因分析

【摘要】:现有关于美国食品价格管控的文献偏重美国食品价格管控政策体系的分析,忽略了资源禀赋、劳动生产率和经济发展阶段等在食品价格稳定中的作用。通过对CPI和食品CPI数据的统计分析,在定量上进一步证实美国食品价格水平增速低,且波动性小。这除了与美国的宏观经济指标GDP增长率和失业率等因素有关外,还与美国在农业方面的资源禀赋、劳动生产率具有很强的相关性。而且美国食品价格管控综合治理体系在食品价格稳定方面更是起到决定性作用。本文依据美国食品价格管控的经验,基于中国国情,提出我国食品价格管控的政策建议,以期为我国有关政府部门价格政策制定提供参考。
[Abstract]:The current literature on food price control in the United States focuses on the analysis of American food price control policy system, neglecting the role of resource endowment, labor productivity and stage of economic development in food price stability. Through the statistical analysis of CPI and food CPI data, the quantitative analysis further confirmed that the food price level in the United States has low growth rate and low volatility. This is not only related to the GDP growth rate and unemployment rate of the United States, but also to the resource endowment and labor productivity of the United States in agriculture. And the food price control and control system in the United States plays a decisive role in food price stability. Based on the experience of food price control in the United States and the situation of China, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on food price control in China, in order to provide a reference for the formulation of price policy of relevant government departments in China.
