同一电网中水电站对火电站的减排补偿效益

【摘要】:水电站发电是河流势能转化为电能的过程,不消耗不可再生能源,不产生污染性气体,符合节能减排的基本国策。针对水电作为清洁能源的价值没有得到真正体现的问题,在提出水电对火电的补偿效益体现了水电站真正的环保价值基础上,给出了同一电网中水电站对火电站减排补偿效益的产生机制及其计算方法,并以水电站对同一电网中火电站的减排效益为例,研究水电站对火电站的补偿效益。结果表明:在某电网中,4座水电站对3座火电站的减排补偿效益是998.6万元/a,可见水电对火电的减排补偿效益十分可观,水电在节能减排上做出了巨大贡献。
[Abstract]:Hydropower station power generation is the process of converting river potential energy into electric energy, which does not consume non-renewable energy, does not produce polluting gas, and accords with the basic national policy of energy saving and emission reduction. In view of the problem that the value of hydropower as a clean energy has not been truly reflected, on the basis of putting forward the compensation benefit of hydropower to thermal power, it reflects the real environmental protection value of hydropower station. In this paper, the mechanism and calculation method of compensation benefit of thermal power station for emission reduction by hydropower station in the same power network are given, and the compensation benefit of hydropower station to thermal power station is studied by taking the emission reduction benefit of power station in the same power network as an example. The results show that the compensation benefit of 4 hydropower stations to 3 thermal power stations is 9.986 million yuan per year. It can be seen that the benefit of hydropower to thermal power reduction compensation is considerable, and hydropower has made a great contribution to energy saving and emission reduction.
