基于全周期和产品配套表的军工研究所科研经费综合管理探索与实践

【摘要】：为适应二次创业和市场化转型需求,北京航天长征飞行器研究所持续开展经营管理模式创新,以信息技术为依托,以科研经营管理系统为平台,努力打通现有经济数据流,整合项目、报价、预算、经费等经济数据,打造经济数据采集和共享平台,为管理层提供发现问题的途径与解决问题的方法,为后续科研生产转型升级和经济腾飞厘清思路、找准方向。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of the second pioneering and market-oriented transformation, the Beijing long March aircraft Research Institute has continuously carried out business management model innovation, relying on information technology, taking scientific research management system as the platform, and making efforts to open up the existing economic data flow. Integrate economic data, such as project, quotation, budget, funds and so on, create a platform for collecting and sharing economic data, provide management with ways to find and solve problems, and clarify ideas for the subsequent transformation and upgrading of scientific research and production and economic takeoff. Find the right direction.
