中间品市场分割与制造业出口的比较优势——基于全球价值链的视角

【摘要】:充分发挥市场在资源配置中的关键作用对于"新常态"下中国出口贸易的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。构建了可用于分析中间品市场分割对制造业行业比较优势的影响的理论框架,并采用2000—2009年WIOD数据库和《中国科技统计年鉴》的合并数据,实证检验中间品市场分割对制造业行业比较优势的影响。实证结果表明,中间品市场分割会显著降低制造业行业的比较优势,在控制影响比较优势的其他因素和考虑变量的内生性问题及测算误差后,实证结论依然稳健。其次,中间品市场分割对产出波动性较大行业和位于价值链分工下游行业的出口比较优势具有更明显的负向影响。最后,行业上游垄断时会进一步加剧中间品市场分割对出口比较优势的负向效应。
[Abstract]:Giving full play to the key role of the market in the allocation of resources is of great practical significance for the sustainable development of China's export trade under the "new normal". This paper constructs a theoretical framework which can be used to analyze the influence of intermediate market segmentation on the comparative advantage of manufacturing industry, and adopts the combined data of 2000-2009 WIOD database and China Statistical Yearbook of Science and Technology. Empirical test of the impact of intermediate market segmentation on the comparative advantage of manufacturing industry. The empirical results show that the segmentation of the intermediate market will significantly reduce the comparative advantage of the manufacturing industry. After controlling the other factors affecting the comparative advantage and considering the endogenous problems of variables and the measurement error, the empirical conclusion is still robust. Secondly, the intermediate market segmentation has a more significant negative impact on the export comparative advantage of the industries with greater output volatility and downstream of the value chain division. Finally, the upstream monopoly will further aggravate the negative effect of intermediate market segmentation on export comparative advantage.
