践行军民融合国家战略的路径选择

【摘要】：正习近平总书记洞悉世界发展大势,立足中国国情军情,深刻指出:"今后一个时期军民融合发展,总的是要加快形成全要素、多领域、高效益的军民融合深度发展格局。"实现由初步融合迈向深度融合目标,必须坚持"四个强化",全面贯彻落实"丰富融合形式、拓展融合范围、提高融合层次"的总体要求。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping is acutely aware of the general trend of world development, based on China's military situation, and profoundly points out: "in the coming period, military-civilian integration and development should generally be accelerated to form a deep development pattern of military-civilian integration with all factors, multi-fields, and high efficiency." In order to achieve the goal from initial integration to deep integration, we must adhere to the "four strengthening", fully implement the overall requirements of "enriching the form of integration, expanding the scope of integration, and raising the level of integration".
