企业家精神视域下煤炭企业社会责任研究

【摘要】："创新精神"是企业家精神的核心要素和灵魂,"责任精神"进一步充实和完善了企业家精神的内蕴,同时也为企业家精神引领下的企业践行社会责任提出了理论上的要求。企业家精神对推进煤炭企业系统化、制度化、规范化、自律的履行社会责任具有正面的促进作用,在企业家精神引领下,煤炭企业应满足内部、外部相关者利益,积极践行社会责任,实现企业经济目标和社会目标的统一。
[Abstract]:The spirit of innovation is the core factor and soul of entrepreneurship. The spirit of responsibility further enriches and perfects the connotation of entrepreneurship, and also puts forward the theoretical requirements for enterprises under the guidance of entrepreneurship to practice social responsibility. Entrepreneurship plays a positive role in promoting the systematization, institutionalization, standardization and self-discipline of coal enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities. Under the guidance of entrepreneurship, coal enterprises should meet the interests of internal and external stakeholders. Actively practice social responsibility to achieve the unity of economic and social objectives of the enterprise.
