中国部分精密仪器与装备发展现状及展望

【摘要】：简要介绍了精密仪器与装备的作用和中国部分领域的发展现状,分析了紧密相关的几项关键技术发展概况,剖析了与国外发达国家的差距以及未来发展空间,结合国家"十三五"时期的发展规划,对精密仪器与装备未来的发展进行展望。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduces the functions of precision instruments and equipment and the present situation of development in some fields in China, analyzes on the development of several key technologies closely related to them, and analyzes the gap between them and the developed countries abroad, as well as the development space in the future. Combined with the national development plan of the 13th five-year Plan, the future development of precision instruments and equipment is prospected.
