威县农村电网改造方案综合评价
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of China's economic development, the living standard and income level of rural residents in China have also increased rapidly, and the requirements for reliability, stability and safety of rural power supply have also been raised to a new height, which has become a problem in the planning of rural power grid. Many of the power grids built in rural areas of our country were laid many years ago, and at that time, because the electricity consumption in rural areas was very little, but now the rural economy of our country is also rising by leaps and bounds, and the electricity consumption in rural areas is also greatly increasing. Now, the power grid equipment and facilities laid for rural areas can not meet the needs of rural electricity consumption at all, and a lot of problems have been leaked out, in order to better study the rural network transformation project, It is particularly important to comprehensively evaluate the social and economic impact of the rural network transformation scheme. Not only the impact in the project is predicted, but also the rural network transformation project has the corresponding scientific decision-making basis. In this paper, a large number of data on the transformation of rural power network are collected. Firstly, the power grid prediction and planning methods and the common evaluation methods of project evaluation are introduced, and the prediction method is applied to the charge prediction of Weixian rural power network. Secondly, it introduces the basic situation of Weixian power grid, including the county situation of Weixian county, the general situation of power supply enterprises, and analyzes the main problems existing in Weixian power grid. Thirdly, the 13th five-year Plan of Weixian rural power grid is expounded from the aspects of the goal of transformation and upgrading of Weixian rural power network and the main tasks of transformation and upgrading. Finally, according to the main tasks of Weixian rural power grid transformation and upgrading, the scheme of Weixian rural power grid transformation and upgrading is comprehensively evaluated, and the related research is carried out in the aspects of the construction of comprehensive evaluation system, the assignment of index weight and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Four first-level index security criteria, power grid core performance criteria, economic criteria, social and impact criteria for rural power grid evaluation are established. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to evaluate the transformation scheme of Weixian rural power network, and the conclusion is drawn that the scheme is feasible. Some suggestions on power grid planning and safe power consumption in Weixian rural areas are put forward, which provides experience for the transformation of Weixian rural power grid.
