两化融合背景下JY公司管理创新研究

【摘要】：信息化与工业化融合指以信息化带动工业化,以工业化促进信息化,走新型工业化道路;两化融合是国家工业行业信息化发展的新战略,也是推动我国企业实现转型升级和可持续发展的必由之路。本文研究了两化融合国内外研究现状及发展趋势,工业化与信息化的相关理论,以及两化融合的内涵等。对JY公司的现状进行了调查研究,并运用6W2H1S理论方法,重点对两化融合背景下JY公司的管理创新现状进行了分析,设计了实现管理创新的理论框架。结合两化融合背景下企业的管理需要,本文确定了JY公司信息化工作方针,明确了信息化建设的整体思路,制作了IT应用系统建设规划;提出了JY公司应当树立的新理念和实施差异化战略、保障设计方案实施的信息化平台需求方向;根据JY公司信息化建设现状,及对其组织结构职能的分析,提出一套消除组织赘肉、提高专业化管理水平的组织机构创新方案;本文还设计了一套基于信息化平台搭建完成并得以充分运用条件下的组织机构图,期待从根本上解决JY公司组织机构设置中存在的问题;在提出战略创新和组织机构创新基础上,还设计了“满足客户差异化需求流程图”,并与组织机构彻底变革后的流程进行了对比,体现了两化融合背景下企业发展业务流程设计的优越性。最后,本文运用两化融合评估框架及两化融合不同阶段下的管理创新评估模型,对JY公司两化融合及管理创新工作所处的阶段进行了评估。本方案设计有良好的实践意义,在确保JY公司两化融合工作顺利推进的基础上,可为企业组织机构改革、信息化建设等提供有意义的借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:The integration of informatization and industrialization refers to the integration of informatization to drive industrialization, industrialization to promote informatization and to take the road of new industrialization. The integration of two modernizations is a new strategy for the development of information technology in the national industrial industry, and it is also the only way to promote the transformation, upgrading and sustainable development of Chinese enterprises. This paper studies the research status and development trend of the integration of the two modernizations at home and abroad, the related theories of industrialization and informatization, and the connotation of the fusion of the two modernizations. The present situation of JY company is investigated and studied, and the current situation of management innovation of JY company under the background of the integration of the two modernizations is analyzed by using 6W2H1S theory and method, and the theoretical framework for realizing management innovation is designed. Combined with the management needs of enterprises under the background of the integration of the two modernizations, this paper determines the information work policy of JY company, clarifies the overall thinking of information construction, makes the construction plan of IT application system, puts forward the new concept that JY company should set up and implements the differentiation strategy, and ensures the demand direction of information platform for the implementation of design scheme. According to the present situation of information construction of JY company and the analysis of its organizational structure and functions, this paper puts forward a set of organizational innovation scheme to eliminate the excess weight of the organization and improve the level of professional management, and designs a set of organizational chart based on the construction of information platform and making full use of it, hoping to fundamentally solve the problems existing in the establishment of the organizational structure of JY company. On the basis of putting forward strategic innovation and organizational innovation, this paper also designs the flow chart to meet the needs of customer differentiation, and compares it with the process after the thorough change of organizational organization, which reflects the superiority of enterprise development business process design under the background of the integration of the two. Finally, this paper evaluates the stage of integration and management innovation of JY Company by using the evaluation framework of dual integration and the evaluation model of management innovation under different stages of integration. The design of this scheme has good practical significance. On the basis of ensuring the smooth progress of the integration of the two modernizations of JY Company, it can provide meaningful reference and reference for the reform of enterprise organization and information construction.
