浅谈施工企业车辆的费用管理与控制

【摘要】：车辆管理是现在企业管理中的一环,随着现代企业管理改革的深入,在车辆管理中存在着费用偏高、驾驶员积极性偏低等诸多问题。因此,需要采取有效的管理措施,减少车辆费用,保障企业的可持续发展。文章通过对当前存在的问题从现象到原因的分析,对车辆费用进行有效的管理与控制提出了几点建议,以寻求一种有效的管理机制。
[Abstract]:Vehicle management is now a part of enterprise management. With the deepening of modern enterprise management reform, there are many problems such as high cost and low enthusiasm of drivers in vehicle management. Therefore, effective management measures shall be taken to reduce vehicle costs and ensure the sustainable development of enterprises. Through analyzing the current problems from phenomenon to cause, this paper puts forward some suggestions for effective management and control of vehicle cost, so as to seek an effective management mechanism.
