  采掘业尤其是矿业作为国家重要的财政收入来源之一,对许多发展中国家的经济至关重要。然而,当前采矿业供应链作业造成了严重的环境和社会问题,并带来了严重经济后果。因此,有必要采用战略性和有效的方式,通过扩展供应链等组织实践措施来应对上述问题。在采矿业实施绿色供应链是一个重要且行之有效的战略途径,但绿色供应链的影响因素及其在矿业战略和运营方面的作用尚未完全凸显。开发、评估、评价和选择必要的绿色供应链管理(GSCM)因素是成功实施绿色供应链管理的目标之一,但这些因素之间可能存在相互关联的复杂关系。因此,理解这些因素及它们的相对重要性,是在采矿业成功实施绿色供应链管理的首要步骤。本文的研究目标如下:(1)构建考虑环境可持续发展的绿色供应链决策框架(因素及指标),以提高采矿业的效率和环境管理能力;(2)提出一种新型的集成多准则决策工具,定量研究绿色供应链管理程序化在采矿和其他行业中的发展;(3)如何应用该决策工具来解决采矿业绿色供应链管理问题。为实现以上目标并填补研究空缺,本文在已有文献基础上,从多元化理论角度确定绿色供应链管理的影响因素,帮助矿业公司具备处理环境影响的能力,实现可持续发展。为识别潜...
