中国农作物生物燃料政策对食品经济及能源安全影响研究

经济发展伴随着高能源需求。20世纪,丰富巨大规模开采的矿物燃料(煤和油)为主要能源,全球发展目前面临着两个主要问题,其一,主要石油生产国家石油资源的耗竭及政治不稳定所导致的油价上升影响着全球经济的发展,其二,气候变化所引起的环境问题使得人们更关注于温室气体的减少。包括生物燃料在内的可再生能源可作为矿物燃料替代品。本文以生物燃料为研究对象,主要研究生物燃料政策及其与经济、农业、能源之间的关系。发达国家的生物燃料政策引起生物燃料与食品的矛盾,这一矛盾已日益引起人们的广泛关注。与其不同,中国生物燃料政策更关注于生物燃料与食品安全之间的协调均衡。中国已形成了一个可供其他国家参考的生物燃料样本模式。论文综述了生物燃料及其对食品经济及能源安全影响的相关理论及研究动态,介绍了巴西美国生物燃料发展变化情况,分析了中国农作物生物燃料政策,探讨了中国发展农作物生物燃料的动因,优劣势,着重研究了中国农作物生物燃料政策与主要农产品价格及能源价格的关系,以反映中国农作物生物燃料政策对中国食品经济及能源安全的影响。研究表明中国所采用的农作物生物燃料政策可作为其他国家发展生物燃料的参考模式。
