几内亚能源充足供给方案研究

发展的支柱是能源,所有产业都需要能源。提供价格合理,可靠性高,可持续和现代化的能源是每个国家所面临的挑战。由于现代社会的能源需求正在不断增长,因此满足全球的能源需求是社会的巨大挑战。此外,直到今天,全球约有27亿人仍依赖传统的生物燃料,世界上仍有20%的人口缺乏电力供应。因此,消除能源贫困是满足全球能源需求的重要步骤,但这对于一些国家来却是一件很困难的事情。例如几内亚,认识不足和缺乏有效的政策导致了资源的滥用,加上该国的电气化率低,使得满足能源需求更加复杂。几内亚的电力部门在1953年国家独立之前由EEG(几内亚电力公司)管理。然而统计数据表明,该国1992年的电气化率低至7%左右,2015年为34%,全球平均为40%。尽管几内亚在能源领域有多年的经验,但仍然存在重大问题。目前几内亚电力部门维护,修复,施工,操作,运输和配送由EDG(Electricitéde Guinée)负责。EDG正面临严重的输配电(T&D)损失,并因负荷少导致收入减少的困难。相关资料显示,几内亚的电力损失估计超过30%。此外,几内亚电力部门运营商所遭受的普遍欺诈行为得不到有效的遏制,这样导致的财力亏空阻...
