【摘要】:2001年发行第一只开放式基金“华安创新”以来开放式基金发展至今已有11年,在行业快速发展的同时基金销售已桎梏了行业的发展。开放式基金销售目前存在的主要问题是渠道相对单一,银行渠道一家独大,销售费用居高不下,基金公司发行产品困难,其主要体现在基金首次募集总体规模下降,持续销售难成气候的困境。形成开放式基金销售这一现状的原因是众多因素造成的,但最为根本也是最重要的原因还是销售渠道相对单一。 讨论多年的开放式基金销售渠道多元化在千呼万唤中终于迈开了第一步,2012年开放式基金第三方销售牌照终于开闸,但相较于其他已成熟的基金销售渠道而言显得微不足道,开放式基金销售渠道应该如何真正实现多元化发展?本文以开放式基金销售渠道多元化发展为研究对象,以第三方销售机构渠道的拓宽及基金主要销售渠道的形成要素分析为主线,对比分析美国共同基金销售渠道发展模式和现状,举例论证我国开放式基金销售渠道多元化发展的必要性和可行性。结合我国实际情况,借鉴美国共同基金销售渠道发展模式,探索开放式基金销售渠道多元化的道路。 我国开放式基金销售渠道多元化道路是在现有以商业银行销售为主,券商、基金公司直销为铺的销售模式下,大力发展第三方独立销售机构,最终实现各渠道均衡发展。
[Abstract]:Since the 2001 issue of the first open-end fund "Huaan innovation" open-end fund has been 11 years of development, while the rapid development of the industry fund sales have been the shackles of the development of the industry. The main problems existing in the open-end fund sales is relative single channel, bank channel of a single large, high cost of sales, fund companies the issue of product is difficult, which is mainly reflected in the overall decline in the size of funds raised for the first time, sustained sales difficult climate predicament. Reasons for the formation of open-end fund sales in this situation is caused by many factors, but the most fundamental reason is the most important sales channels is relatively simple.
Years of discussion of the open-end fund sales channels diversification in time and again finally taken the first step in 2012, open the third party fund sales licence finally gate, but compared with other mature fund sales channels is not worth mentioning, open-end fund sales channels should be how to realize the diversified development? In this paper, the open-end fund sales channel diversification development as the research object, to third party sales organizations and broaden the sources of funds the main sales channel forming factor analysis as the main line, comparative analysis of American mutual fund sales channel development mode and present situation, for example, demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of China's open-end fund sales channels diversification. Combined with China's actual situation, referring to the American mutual fund sales channel development mode, explore the open-end fund sales channels diversification of the road.
The diversification way of China's open end fund sales channels is to develop the third party independent sales organizations under the sales mode which is mainly sold by commercial banks, and sell directly under the direct selling of securities companies and fund companies, so as to achieve balanced development of all channels.
